FAQ and Directions

• Q: Is FUNTASIA a private party facility or do you have more than one Birthday going on at once?
• A: FUNTASIA does Birthday parties one at a time.  When you are having your party here, there is no one else here at that time. 

• Q:  How do I go about booking my child's Birthday party?
• A: You can do it over the phone or email with a credit card deposit, or you can come in person and leave a deposit by check, credit card or cash.

• Q: What if I have to cancel my party or transfer it to another date?
• A: Deposits are not refundable, but you can transfer them.  You may choose another date to do your party, or leave it for the following year or even transfer to another person, if they want to book a party at FUNTASIA.

• Q: What public transportation goes to FUNTASIA?
• A: D train to 18th ave or the B64 to 17th ave

• Q: How long in advance do I arrive before my party begins?
• A: Because we do all of the preparation for you before the party, guests, including Birthday child, need to arrive no more than 10-15 min prior to the party.

• Q: When do I give my final order for the party?
• A: We will contact you ourselves the Monday or Tuesday before your party; otherwise you may call us anytime with questions and/or updates. (718) 234-0700
